So, what are we trying to do?
Our vision is simple. To establish a pathway from Catholic schools and into the heart of Church communities (Parishes and ecclesial movements) that inspires young people to lead a new evangelisation.
Over the next three years, the Archdiocese will invite you to share in this vision through Three Years of Youth.
To facilitate evangelisation and discipleship opportunities for young people to encounter Christ;
To empower young people to lead a new evangelisation through participation in the life and mission of the Catholic Church;
To build evangelisation pathways between Catholic schools and local Church communities (Parish and ecclesial movements);
To provide further formation opportunities by drawing young people together for Archdiocesan and national youth ministry initiatives; and
To resource Catholic schools and local Church communities with formation programs for young people.
